What's inside

In every pump

Folate, from three sources

Calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium folinate and (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt.

Vitamin B12, in two forms

Methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin.

Vitamin B6

As pyridoxal-5-phosphate, an active form of B6.

Vitamins D3 and K1

Two fat-soluble vitamins in the same pump.

For the skin you apply it to

Aloe leaf, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and MSM.

How to use it

Apply 1 pump, slightly smaller than a dime, in the morning and again 2 to 3 hours before bed. Rub it into hairless skin: the inside of your forearms, just above your wrists, your inner thighs or your lower back.

Wait at least 30 minutes before showering or bathing.

Some individuals may prefer applying the second pump 2 to 3 hours before bed rather than at bedtime. If you're sensitive, start with half a pump in the morning and half in the evening.

The first dose may take several pumps, because of the airless pump that protects the cream.

Talk with your healthcare provider before use if you take any medication, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

Methylation Topical
