Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Genetic Protocol. This Shipping Policy outlines how, when, and where we ship your order, along with the costs, timing, and procedures involved. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the time the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time may not begin processing until the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email — including tracking information — once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Exact shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code. Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped — not from the time the order was placed.

Carriers used: United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

3. International Shipping

Genetic Protocol ships internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

Delivery times for international orders outside Canada may vary based on customs processing wait times in the destination country, which are outside of our control.

International Customers Are Responsible For:

     
  • All customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs imposed by the destination country
  •  
  • Any clearance fees or brokerage charges applied by customs authorities
  •  
  • Any return or re-shipping fees if a package is refused at customs or returned to sender

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country — we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure of potential fees.

Delivery times for international orders may be extended by customs processing in the destination country and are outside of our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate after the email is sent.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@geneticprotocol.com.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Genetic Protocol is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at info@geneticprotocol.com within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Please first check with neighbors, building managers, and household members, and look around your delivery location. Most carriers will not consider a package lost if tracking shows delivery. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date and we will work with you on a resolution.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@geneticprotocol.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Genetic Protocol is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

7. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us because it was undeliverable (incorrect address, customs refusal, unclaimed at local post office, etc.), the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees. A refund for the product cost (minus shipping fees) will be issued once the package is received back at our facility.

8. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the recurring billing date associated with your subscription plan. The shipping terms above apply equally to subscription shipments. Subscribers may update their shipping address through their customer account at any time before the next billing date.

If your country is not listed above, we are unable to ship to your destination at this time. For inquiries about international shipping availability, please contact us at info@geneticprotocol.com.

10. Product Restrictions for International Orders

Colostrum products are not eligible for international shipping and may only be shipped to U.S. addresses. International orders containing colostrum products will not be processed. If you have questions about whether a specific product is available for shipment to your country, please contact us at info@geneticprotocol.com before placing your order.
