Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements, ingestible products, or personal care items.

Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at gmarkwood@geneticprotocol.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements or ingestible products

  • Opened personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
