Love this stuff. Seems to really boost my energy throughout the day.
This is a great formula for adjusting to Ketosis, I can tell it will be helpful when learning to fast as well. Helps me feel like I’m not having that blood sugar crash feeling.
Taking many of Courtney's supplements has changed my overall health in 60 days! Following a ketosis lifestyle as well.
The food noise has lessened a TON with DCI metabolic. I feel way more in control and it feels like I am able to stay in ketosis easier.
Great product! Noticed a difference. And so often you don’t.
All of the gel capsules were stuck together,.. i had to throw them away couldnt get the fish oil or vitamin d out of the bottle.

My blood sugar level is lower every morning when I test it after taking DCI metabolic support previous day. It makes me feel so good!
Lithium in this product seems to help with ketosis “jitters”
Definitely helps me in the afternoons when I first started the program!
This is such a great product for easing into ketosis. I believe it would also really help those with ADD/ADHD as well after learning more from Dr.Hunt about the ingredients.
I wasn't sure I needed this product because I felt okay during the ketosis and autophagy programs but decided to give it a try. It really helps me on a daily basis and it has become a part of my routine.
So helpful with energy crashes and feeling hangry. Within 20 mins. I’m back to feeling chipper.

DCI Metabolic Support, along with Dr. Hunt's Light, Keto, and Autophagy groups, are helping to quiet the food noise as I transition off a GLP-1 medication. I've tried to transition off several times previously without success, but this time it's different. I'm six weeks from my last injection and it is a completely different experience this time.
Life changing knowledge and course with Dr. Hunt MD and her supplements give me the extra support I need to feel so much better. They are all the real deal!
