As a maintenance dose, after your bedtime oral hygiene routine, chew one tablet slowly and thoroughly before swallowing. During periods of increased need, chew up to three-to-four tablets per day in divided doses for 90 days or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Started it a week ago and went from a consistent runny nose for 12 weeks to waking up congestion free. My sinuses felt inflamed and dry since I got Flu B back in February. Taking one after breakfast and lunch everyday turned things around in a week. Love this product!!!

My nose had been sore and irritated for about a month. Weeping and tender spots in both nostrils. I had tried several topical things, histamine supplements (but I don't have allergies so wasn't convinced it was histamine). I started sucking on two of these a day after brushing my teeth and I noticed an improvement with in two days. A month later I'm 100% better.
