Directions
For children ages 2-11, use one-half to one pump. For children ages 12 and older, use one-to-two pumps daily. Apply the topical cream directly over the liver or abdomen or a thin skin area without hair. Adults apply two-to-three pumps over the liver or on a thin skin area without hair or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 1 pump = 50mg

Love the glutathione topical I use daily!
Been using consistently on some dark spots on my cheek. A little goes a long way.

Smells terrible but improves skin texture & has lightened areas of dark pigmentation. I see improvement!
Absorbs quickly. The sulfur smell is what it is, but they all have that smell from the sulfurophane. The essential oils are nice.
