My 4 y.o. son takes one per day and has been significantly more healthy since taking this multivitamin than he has during his entire life. He entered the world with frequent respiratory infections and has been hospitalized 3-4 times per year since birth - this is the longest stretch of health he has had since birth and it’s only been about 3 months. I’m actually looking forward to fall/winter because I’m hopeful we can enjoy it to the fullest with healthier days for my little guy.
My 3.5 year old son is Autistic, with ARFID and PICA and homozygous c667t MTHFR. This little guy will bring me the bottle in the morning, he loves taking his vitamins. His so happy, and more vocal while taking these. I used to crush them up and put them in his drinks but now he eats them up like candy (well he’d probably chuck candy to eat these first). We live on a fixed income, and it’s 100% worth the money knowing I’m giving him a vitamin that’s actually helping him.
Taste good and perfect for adults having a hard time to swallow capsules.

Wouldn’t trust any other brand for my kids.
the taste is sour, and its a large pill to chew, I couldn't get my kid to eat it, I didn't like it or my husband. I wish it came in a blister packet that I could open and mix into water because I know the ingredients are good for you. I am going to have to throw it out sadly.
My kids are actually so picky with supplements and we’ve been stuck in the gummy vitamin world, but my three year-old and my eight-year-old look forward to these vitamins and eat them religiously.
I know the goodness in them but unfortunately my kids dont really like the taste of these. Ive started dissolving them into electrolytes and sometimes they go for that.
