I love these vitamins! They are so easy to take and taste delicious. My daughter tries to sneak into them. She thinks they’re candy. I wish I would’ve known about these when I was pregnant. Now I tell every pregnant mama to get on them.

Directions
Place one tablet under the tongue or let it dissolve in the mouth twice daily - one tablet in the AM and one tablet in the PM, two to three hours before bedtime. Allow 1-3 minutes for the tablet to dissolve. Consult with a healthcare professional for any additional instructions. Extra Dosages: 1 tablet three times daily - 1 tablet in AM, 1 tablet Mid-Afternoon, 1 tablet 3 hours prior to bedtime. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or heat. Does not require refrigeration. CAUTION: Consult with your healthcare practitioner on the proper dosage for children under five years of age or for those who are pregnant.

My favorite addition. I didn't realize how effect methylated B vitamins & folate are! I haven't done the genetic testing yet but my blood test showed my homocysteine levels are elevated so I most likely have a deficiency in both B vitamins and folate. I also love that they are dissolvable and taste like fruit punch!
