The cream has a naturally brown color and may temporarily transfer color to clothing or bedding; the color typically washes out during normal laundering.

Directions
Adults: 1-2 pumps as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always consult your healthcare professional if you have questions or concerns about these ingredients. Children: 1/2 pump to 1 pump at bedtime to assist in falling asleep or staying asleep or as needed for nervousness or hyperactivity. When used for sleep support, it is recommended to be applied 30 minutes prior to bedtime. If being used for nervousness or hyperactivity, apply as needed. CAUTION: Do not exceed over four dosages per day. Most effective when applied on thin skin areas where there is no hair. Do not bathe for 30 minutes after application. (Approximately 90 pumps per bottle)

This is part of my nightly routine, I am so grateful to have found Dr hunt and her genetic protocol supplements.
I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. When hitting menopause it only got worse. I have been taking 3 or sometimes 4 different medications to try and fall and stay asleep. This product has completely changed my life, not exaggerating. As a pharmacist, I am blown away. I have been able to wake to the sunrise, get tired at sunset and have the best quality of sleep in as long as I can remember. If I am feeling wound down at sunset, I will apply 30 minutes before I hope to be asleep. If wound, I will take the Sleep Protocol and the an hour later use this cream. The more I use, the less I need the Sleep Protocol. This is my favorite product of the many I have ordered from Genetic Protocol!
