Occasionally I am sleepless. This sleep protocol is a magical recipe. Lulled to sleep without waking up. I used to use melatonin 5mg but I would wake up after 4-5 hours. Sunshine, HFF and once in awhile Sleep Protocol.
Clean and natural ingredients. Love it.

This product is AMAZING!! For as lomg as I can remember I have needed to take several meds to try to fall asleep. These medications caused morning drowsiness and are not recommended for long-term use. I would take one, lie there for an hour, take dofferent one, and often another one at 1 or 2 am desperate for sleep. Thus and the Relaxion Cream have completely changed by quality of sleep! I only take this one if at sunset I am still feeling wired, otherwise I jsut use the Relaxation Cream. As a pharmacist I am blown away by the results. Huge fan!
