Directions
Adults take two capsules in the morning OR evening 30 minutes before or after a meal. Do not exceed more than two capsules daily or discuss with your healthcare practitioner for further guidance. You know, it’s hard for me to give feedback on products because there are so many variables to health. My suggestion is to have one email requesting feedback but certainly not the multiple emails I have been receiving. It induces a negative gut reaction and resentment.
