Excelente producto !!!
I NEVER take the time to leave reviews. But I will today. I just started my 3rd bottle and I am very pleased with the results I am having. I was nearly bald just above my temple areas and by the end of the second bottle I have quite a bit of new growth. I am 51 and have struggled with this area for the last 5 years or so. I will also add, since taking the intro to Keto course back in May and staying with Dr Hunt’s key concepts I think the supplements have gone hand in hand with being overall healthier, weight has come off and stayed off, I recognize immediately when I need more salt, electrolytes etc. I now just need Dr Hunt to come kick my butt in gear to get to lifting weights again. Or maybe I just need to get to her next fasting class to keep getting healthier!

Love the hair skin and nails. I tried to go cheaper and use the Costco brand. Had to start all over. But now I’m back on it routinely.

BEWARE- pit and pubs grow at same increased rate as the mane! Def halve dose if hair (anywhere!) becomes too thick, nails too strong, or skin too supple- dont risk it!

I will not go without genetic protocols hair skin and nails. My nails have become so strong that I have to trim and file them which is not something I had to do before using it. Just completed my first 30 days. I’ve had some new hair growth in a couple of my thinning areas. I’m anxious to see what happens in the next 60 days. Also love that it doesn’t irritate my stomach when taking while fasting.
I feel my dry skin needs less lotion. Hair is stronger.
Have taken this for 2 months and my nails have grown and ridges have softened. I like that no matter what time of day I take them my stomach never feels a change.

I’ve been taking for a week. And u noticed my nails growing & not thinning out on tips. I will keep taking 1 a day. Then with up to 2. I’m really figuring on PEA & daily multivitamin.
I have used Hair and Nails for a month. I have seen a change in the ridges in my nails and I find this linne of supplements never upsets my stomach.
I have just started the supplement, I have high expectations.

After a couple weeks using hair skin and nails, my friend said my skin looks better. She asked me what I was using on my face. Also my nails are growing faster and stronger. I love it and plan to continue taking this and see how my hair grows too!
