BEWARE- pit and pubs grow at same increased rate as the mane! Def halve dose if hair (anywhere!) becomes too thick, nails too strong, or skin too supple- dont risk it!

I have used Hair and Nails for a month. I have seen a change in the ridges in my nails and I find this linne of supplements never upsets my stomach.

I've not had enough time to judge the product, so gave it 3 stars. It's simply too early to know it's effectiveness.
After a couple weeks using hair skin and nails, my friend said my skin looks better. She asked me what I was using on my face. Also my nails are growing faster and stronger. I love it and plan to continue taking this and see how my hair grows too!
I’ve only been taking for a few weeks but I do have new baby hairs coming in near my temples. It’s a spot that has been receding for a while now and makes me self conscious. My nails are also feeling a bit stronger.

My hair & nails have BOUNCED BACK since using these supplements! I’ve searched for a compatible formulary that is less expensive only to find that MORE costly supplements don’t have the amount of what is in these and also those don’t include everything that the genetic protocol hair skin & nails does.
